POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Service Project Manager coordinates service work, assists with quoting, and manages projects assigned by the Service Department in support of offerings supplied by Hawthorne. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing proposals, including complex parts quotes, handling global logistics, customer communication, developing SOP’s (standard operating procedures) for service projects, managing schedules, and ensuring exact scope of work and projects are accomplished and meeting the standards of Hawthorne Procedures and Policies for EPG, Industrial, and Marine business activities.
