  • Overview

    Responsible and accountable for all aspects related to the successful operation of the branch in a manner consistent with the achievement of corporate business plans, strategic goals, and objectives. Includes performance, behavior, development, and safety oversight of all branch personnel.

    Responsibilities

    1. Be the face of the branch, ensuring relationship development along with a strong field presence to the customer base and local community.
    2. Coordinate, direct, and manage personnel resources required to effectively respond to customer needs.
    3. In conjunction with Corporate HR personnel, be the primary contact on all HR related matters at the branch.
    4. Overall safety, security, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and professional appearance of the branch.
    5. Ensure all customer issues or problems are dealt with resolved in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Must have a valid Hawaii Drivers License.
    3. Must have service experience.
    4. Must be forklift certified.

     

    TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Applicants may be are required to pass a written and/or oral examination before being considered for employment in this position.

      

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    1. Walking and moving about on foot often up and down stairs.
    2. Handling: Seizes, helps or works with hands.
    3. Lifting: Raises or lowers items up to 60lbs. .
    4. Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.
    5. Stooping: Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist                                                                                  
    6. Standing: Remains in standing position if required to perform various functions of the job.
    7. Vision: Read paperwork, employment files and records on the computer.
    8. Talking: Communications by phone and in person.
    9. Sitting: Sits at desk. Sits for minimal periods or time.

     

    ENVIRONMENTAL:     

    1. Noise: Works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.
    2. Temp/Weather: Works in a service shop environment.
